A deposit of 30% of your total stay is required at the time of booking, with a minimum of $ 200.00 . Final payment in full due 14 days prior to arrival.

Daily rates available offseason – 3 night minimum required.
30 days notice required on cancellations. (counted from expected date of arrival) $35.00 service charge on cancellations.

“SEVERE WEATHER POLICY” : Refunds will only be issued for those nights of mandatory evacuations that are ordered by the Governor of South Carolina
Bath & Bed linens are set prior to check in. Cleaning service is provided after check out. No linen exchange or mid-week cleaning is provided.
Check in is 4 pm, Check out is 10am. Palmetto Beach Club reserves the right to charge a $ 200.00 fee (per hour) for late checkouts.
One parking spot is available per apartment on the premises. Over-flow parking (across the street) is available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is administered by the Regency Towers management and front desk staff.
You must obtain a parking decal for your car prior to parking. The City of Myrtle Beach parking meters are in place in front of and on the side of our building. Parking is strictly enforced and is subject to fine or towing.
